You can reschedule your appointment easily by logging into your Vagaro account, calling our office, or replying to your appointment confirmation text. We’re happy to help you find a new time that works for you.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee to honor the time we’ve reserved for your care.
Most visits take 30–60 minutes depending on the service. IM injections are quick (under 10 minutes), while IV infusions and consultations may take longer. If you’re unsure, feel free to ask when booking.

Walk-ins are welcome based on availability. To ensure we can serve you without delay, we always recommend booking ahead when possible.
